"Having the same insurance agent for 40 years was very disappointing to find out he wasn’t really looking out for us. We had our first claim in over 40 years on our house and we found out the hard way we didn’t have good coverage. My husband and I are very loyal people and we don’t like to change or hurt anyone’s feelings.
