"I recently filed a storm claim on my roof. I was kind of dreading dealing with an insurance company to get things taken care of. After filing the claim, I talked with Donna, the claim liaison. I was pleasantly surprised how courteous, knowledgeable and helpful she was. I feel like she went beyond what one would expect from someone in her job role, to ensure I felt comfortable with the process and decisions I was making. She was awesome. I don’t think Google lets me leave two reviews on the same business so this is an update As of 4/27/2026. I was involved in a four car accident, Which was not my fault, but totaled my car. Donna, the claims liaison , was very helpful in answering all my questions about the process. Other Team members were very helpful in getting my new car added to the policy and explaining the billing process to expect With the timing of the changes.
