"This place is the real deal…old fashion courtesy with long-term employee knowledge!! I was undone about my 1:30am fender bender and had an awful experience with the previous body shop (2 years ago and not my fault). So when this one happened, I panicked. With a plethora of info and lots of anxiety from the estimate, I called my SF agent and was forwarded to the claims liaison, Donna. What a breath of fresh air this was! She was calm and caring, knew exactly who I was, where my vehicle was being repaired and was familiar with my accident two years ago. She enlightened me to the minor penalty to my policy and assured me I would not be cancelled. My panic subsided and anxiety dissolved. In addition to that she gave me ”thumbs up” on my newly chosen body shop. Amazing. What a relief!! If your insurance agent doesn’t have this liaison position, switch to one that does!! The difference is night and day. So happy to be in their care. Donna made my day. The entire office is always helpful and available. I would recommend this agency again and again. Thank you Brent. Your team is A+"

"Terrible office staff that provide zero customer support. I switched companies over a month ago and today, they decide to spam my text and email repeatedly, even after opting out of messaging services."

"Jeff, we're sorry you're disappointed. When you spoke to KF on our team she offered ways to lower your premium including discounts or coverage changes. She explained that we cannot arbitrarily lower rates (price match). Our rates are set by State Farm and filed with the OK Dept of Insurance. Arbitrary exceptions are not allowed by regulators. Please know that we are here to help as we can. Please be aware that some carriers do not immediately rate for accidents on new business. However, during their underwriting or renewal process, driving history including accidents are then rated and the premium adjusts. Again, we are always here to help as the regulatory system allows. "
